Email Account on the nüvi® 295W

The nüvi® 295W supports most web mail accounts, but does not support Microsoft Exchange mail. E-mail is sent to your phone over a Wi-Fi connection only and it is possible to monitor multiple e-mail accounts on the nüvi® 295W.

To Initiate this Feature:

  1. Touch Settings
  2. Touch Applications
  3. Touch E-mail
  4. Touch Add Account
  5. Enter required information to configure account

The nüvi® 295W is now setup to receive and send e-mails. The device will automatically determine the required settings for your email account based on your address. If it is not able to tell what type of email service your address uses, you will need to specify POP3 or IMAP. Contact your email provider to find out which type they use.
