How Do I Link Downloaded Movies to the Tacx Desktop App?

If you have downloaded Tacx movies on your computer that are not linked in the Tacx Desktop App, follow the steps below to access your downloaded content in the app.

NOTE: Downloading Tacx movies require a Premium Subscription. Movies will only play during a workout if you have connected a Smart Trainer.

  1. Open the Tacx Desktop App. 

  2. Select Settings in the left hand menu.

  3. Scroll down to the Link Movies section and click on Select Folder.

  4. A file directory will appear. Choose the folder containing your downloaded Tacx Movies.

  5. Click on Select Folder to confirm your selection.

All movies in this folder will get linked to workouts so you can ride without having to download the movies again. This will not affect your monthly quota (30 downloads per month). Keep in mind this might take a while.
