How Does the Odometer Reading on Edge Devices with Activity Profiles Work?

Edge devices that feature multiple activity profiles will have an odometer that can track the distance that has been traveled. The odometer data field will not show the total distance for the device, instead it will only show the total distance for the selected Activity Profile (e.g. Race, Train, Indoor, Mountain).
