Showing or Hiding Tracks on the Map of the Rino 610, 650, 650t, 655t, or 700
Like many Garmin handheld GPS devices, the Rino® 610, 650, 650t, 655t, and 700 outdoor handhelds can show saved tracks on the map and also hide other tracks from the map.
Showing Saved Tracks on the Map
This displays previously recorded tracks.
From the main menu, select Track Manager.
Select a saved Favorite Track.
Select Show On Map.
The track will now show on the map.
Hiding the Current Track on the Map
This will hide the track that is actively being recorded.
From the main menu, select Setup.
Select Tracks.
Select Track Log.
Select Record, Do Not Show.
The current track will continue recording, but be hidden from the map.
Hiding Contact Tracks on the Map
To hide a contact's track on the map, the contact's track has to be cleared. This can be done from Contacts or Track Manager.
From Contacts
From the main menu, select Contacts.
Select the desired contact whose tracks you want to clear.
Select Clear Current Track.
Select Yes.
From the Track Manager
From the main menu, select Track Manager.
Select Contact Tracks.
Select the desired contact whose tracks you want to clear.
Select Clear Current Track.
Select Yes.
