Some Aircraft Not Displaying in Fltplan Manager

If some aircraft fail to populate within FltPlan® Flight planning services Manager, please have an administrator check the category the aircraft is assigned to.

This can be checked by:

  1. Go to View/Edit FltPlan.com Accounts.
  2. Select Assign Aircraft to Categories.
  3. Choose Assign Categories.

Here you will be able to check if the aircraft has been properly assigned. Only administrators can see aircraft that are not assigned to a category.

If everything is correct in this section, the next step is to check View/Edit Corporate Users. In this section, select Assign Users to Categories and verify that the user who reported missing aircraft is in the proper category to view these aircraft.
