My Lily Watch Display is Frozen and Displaying a Triangle
Garmin is aware of an issue where the Lily smartwatch powers on and will only display a triangle on the screen. This issue will require the watch to be replaced by Garmin. You can request an exchange using the following tool: Garmin's Online Exchange for the Lily Smartwatch .
IMPORTANT: The Garmin exchange tool is only available in select countries and an exchange fee may apply when submitting a request to replace your device.
