Using the Support Tool in the Tacx Training App

The Tacx Training™ app offers the ability to see information about your trainer’s performance, software version, and other metrics.  This can be done through the Support tool in the app. The Support tool also shows the Virtual Odometer on compatible trainers.

To Access the Support Tool

    1. Open the Tacx Training app.

    2. Select Settings (bottom right).

    3. Select Device Manager.

    4. Select your trainer from the list when it is found.

    5. Select Set up "your trainer name".

    6. Select Support

    7. You are ready to train!

Errors

Orange warning icon Red Critical Icon

If you are seeing an error with an orange or red triangle in the Tacx Training app, ensure the trainer software is up to date and that the error displays while actively riding on the trainer.
