Tides and Currents Troubleshooting

The Navionics® tide and current information are a prediction based on the time and date setting of the device, along with the offset from UTC (the old GMT time).

If you are experiencing issues with the tides and currents, ensure your device settings (time, date and UTC offset) are correct. If your settings are correct, fill out the form below so our Cartography Department can further investigate.
