Using Cities as Destinations on Automotive Devices

If you do not have a specific address or point of interest in mind when navigating, but want instructions to help reach a specific city, the city itself can be set as a destination.  This will calculate a route to a central location within the destination city.

To enter a city as a destination, follow the instructions below:

1. Touch Where To?
2. Touch Categories¹
3. Touch Cities
   • It may be necessary to scroll down to see the Cities option
4. Touch the Enter Search box if the desired city is not listed
5. Enter the name of the desired city
6. Touch either the magnifying glass or the city name in the search results bar
7. Select the desired city from the list
8. Touch Go!

The device will now begin calculating a route to the selected city. You may also skip steps 2 & 3 if desired.
