Mercedes-Benz® Metris/Vito vehicles have various smartphone features. Select a category below for more information:
Pairing a Phone
- Press TEL
- Select Connect Phone
- Select Add a device
- On your phone, enable Bluetooth wireless technology, and make your phone visible to other devices.
- TIP: See your phone's manual for more information
- On the infotainment system, select the name of your smartphone.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.
Removing a Paired Phone
- Press TEL
- Select
next to your paired phone
- Select Forget Device
Hands-Free Calling
Using Bluetooth wireless technology, the system can connect to your mobile phone to become a hands-free device.Placing a call:
- Press TEL
- Select an option:
- To dial a number, select
, enter the phone number, and select

Receiving a Call:
When you receive a call, select Answer or Dismiss.
Using In-Call Options:
In-call options appear when you answer a call. Some options may not be compatible with your phone.

Saving a Phone Number as a Preset:
You can save up to four contacts as presets on the dial pad. This allows you to quickly call your home phone number, family members, or frequently called contacts.
