Finding Your Device ID/UUID for Navionics Boating App Support
For some cases, we may require your Device ID or UUID in order to submit reports for further investigation when issues arise in your app. The easiest way to find your Device ID/UUID is directly through the app.
- Open the app
- Tap Menu
- Select Submit Feedback
- This will open an email message1 from your app with device details at the bottom of the page
- Copy/paste this information into your existing email reply, rather than sending a new email
NOTE: On Android devices, it is displayed as Device ID. On Apple devices, it is displayed as UUID.
1In order for the email to be generated, you must have an email address set up in your device settings.
