vivoactive 3 Backlight Intensity Increases During an Activity

When recording a timed activity on the vivoactive 3, the backlight setting will increase to 100% regardless of what the backlight brightness setting is set to. This is to allow the device to be seen in low light conditions such as during a run at night. The backlight setting value will be honored when outside of a timed activity.
