Lake Level: Pool Elevation Changes

The Navionics® charting for the freshwater lakes are done in full pool elevation. This excludes the depth information on the SonarChart™ layer and within the Great Lakes. Seasonal changes or yearly changes to pool elevations - such as spring levels, summer levels, droughts or over abundance - are not reflected in our charting. These differences in pool levels would need to be calculated when reviewing the current lake levels, which can be found on the government website listings for each individual lake. Currently there is no chart plotter function that allows for these calculation changes. 

Within our Navionics® Boating app, the water level can be adjusted under Menu > Map Options > Water Level.
