Setting Up, Saving, and Clearing the Track Log on the eTrex Vista Cx

The eTrex Vista® Cx outdoor handheld draws an electronic Track Log on the Map page as you travel, and starts recording as soon as the unit gets a location fix. After you have used the eTrex Vista Cx for a few trips, the map display can become a bit crowded from keeping track of your every move. You can clean up the screen by clearing the track log (the lines left on the Map page). You can also save your current track log before clearing it.
