Navigating to a Waypoint in the Earthmate App

The Earthmate® app is able to direct in a straight line to a waypoint from the current location. Use the instructions below to navigate directly to a waypoint from the current location. 

Navigating to a Waypoint on iOS

1. Open the Earthmate app.

2. Select More.

3. Select Waypoints.

4. Select the desired waypoint.

5. Touch .

6. Select Navigate.

The map will now show a straight line from the current location to the waypoint being traveled to. The following data fields will be displayed below the map:

• Distance to Waypoint

• Bearing to Route

• Speed

• Heading

• Elevation

• Coordinates

Navigating to a Waypoint on Android

1. Open the Earthmate app.

2. Touch .

3. Select Waypoints.

4. Select the desired waypoint.

5. Select Navigate.

The map will now show a straight line from the current location to the waypoint being traveled to. The following data fields will be displayed below the map:

• Distance to Finish

• Bearing to Route

• Speed

• Heading

• Elevation

• Coordinates
