Waypoint, Track, and Route List Missing in BaseCamp
If the waypoint, track, and route list is missing in BaseCamp™ software, it can be restored by resetting the BaseCamp program back to the default settings. To reset the BaseCamp program to the default settings, follow the instructions below.
Windows:
- Open BaseCamp program
- Click Edit in the menu bar
- Click Options
- Select the General icon in the left column
- Click the Reset button in the Reset Options section
- Click OK when it prompts to reset all BaseCamp options
After clicking the OK button, the BaseCamp program will close and re-open automatically. BaseCamp software is back to the default settings and the waypoint, track, and route list should be visible now.
Mac OS X:
- Open BaseCamp program
- Click on BaseCamp in the menu bar
- Click Preferences
- Select the General icon in the top row
- Click the Reset Factory Defaults button
- Click the Restart button when it prompts the Reset Preferences window
After clicking the Restart button, the BaseCamp program will close and re-open automatically. BaseCamp software will be back to the default settings and the waypoint, track, and route list should now be visible.
