Camera Direction Support for Speed Cameras in POI Loader

Directional camera data defines which way a given camera is pointed at a specific intersection. GPX and CSV formats do not support this data type.

Because POI Loader only supports these formats, this data cannot be loaded into custom Points of Interest (POI) using this application. However, comments can be added to custom POI files. This can be used as a way to describe which direction a camera is facing.
