Verify the Maps on an Automotive Device are Enabled

The device will not be able to find any entered locations if the mapping is disabled.

To Enable the Mapping:

1. Touch Settings

2. Touch Map

3. Arrow down and Touch myMaps

4. Touch the down arrow to display all maps

5. If there is no checkmark, touch the empty box to place one. This will enable the map.

Your device should be able to locate destinations once the mapping has been enabled.

Try the Following in Order if the Errors "No Matches Found" or "Cannot Find Search Results" Continue to appear when Searching for a Destination:

• Searching Near a Different Location

• Verifying Maps Installed on an Automotive Device

• Correctly Spelling and Formatting Destinations
