Steps to Unsubscribe From Garmin Connect Insights

Garmin® Insights provide coaching tips to help you beat yesterday. If you would like to unsubscribe from receiving Insights please follow these steps from the Garmin Connect™ app:

  1. Open the Garmin Connect app.

  2. Select More (bottom right).

  3. Select Insights.

  4. Select Three dots stacked on top of each other.

  5. Select Data & Privacy.

  6. Select Opt Out.
