Can a Bounce Watch Communicate Using Wi-Fi?

With an active LTE subscription, the Bounce™ smartwatch can send and receive text and voice messages over Wi-Fi®, even if there is no LTE signal.

However, because Wi-Fi networks have varying specifications and security measures, full compatibility is not guaranteed. If the watch connects to an incompatible network, you may notice:

• Delayed message sending or receiving.

• Inability to send messages until the watch reconnects to LTE or a compatible network.

• Intermittent connection or inability to join the Wi-Fi network.
