Garmin GC™ 100 Marine Camera Will Not Connect
If the GC™ 100 camera will not connect to a compatible chartplotter via the pairing instructions in the installation manual, try the steps below:
Pairing Troubleshooting
Reset the Camera
Press and hold
until the power LED blinks (About 10 seconds)
Set the chartplotter's Wi-Fi to Ch. 1 from any screen select Options > Settings > Communications > Wi-Fi Network > Advanced > Channel > change to 01 press Done
Remove the camera from the mount
Move the camera closer to the chartplotter
Repeat steps one and two
Check the Media Video > Options > Source - change the source
Return camera to mount, check image
If in a Marina, try moving to an area with less Wi-Fi traffic
If these steps to not resolve the GC 100 pairing, contact Product Support.
