Garmin GC™ 100 Marine Camera Will Not Connect

If the GC™ 100 camera will not connect to a compatible chartplotter via the pairing instructions in the installation manual, try the steps below:

Pairing Troubleshooting

  1. Reset the Camera

    • Press and hold  until the power LED blinks (About 10 seconds)

  2. Set the chartplotter's Wi-Fi to Ch. 1 from any screen select Options > Settings > Communications > Wi-Fi Network > Advanced > Channel > change to 01 press Done

  3. Remove the camera from the mount

    • Move the camera closer to the chartplotter

    • Repeat steps one and two

    • Check the Media  Video > Options > Source - change the source

    • Return camera to mount, check image

  4. If in a Marina, try moving to an area with less Wi-Fi traffic
