Saving a Location in Garmin Smartphone Link

Locations can be saved in the Smartphone Link application using the Recent or History, Search, Contacts, and Pick Location options.

To save a recent location:

1. Touch Recent or History in the Smartphone Link app
2. Touch the desired location
3. Touch the small arrow icon in the location window
4. Touch Save
5. Enter a name for the location using the keypad and touch Save

The recent location can now be accessed by touching Saved in the Smartphone Link app.

To save a contact that is stored on the phone:

1. Touch Contacts in the Smartphone Link app
2. Find and touch the desired contact
3. Touch Save
4. Enter a name for the location using the keypad and touch Save

The selected contact can now be accessed by touching Saved in the Smartphone Link app.

To save a location from the map:

1. Touch Pick Location in the Smartphone Link app
2. Touch the desired location on the map
3. Touch the small arrow in the location window
4. Touch Save
5. Enter a name for the location using the keypad and touch Save

The location chosen on the map can now be accessed by touching Saved in the Smartphone Link app.
