Adjusting Display Brightness and Contrast on the eTrex H
Use the following to adjust the display brightness and contrast on the eTrex® H outdoor handheld.
Turning on the Backlight
Quickly press and release the POWER button.
Setting the Timeout and Adjusting the Contrast
- Press PAGE until the SkyView page appears, then press ENTER twice to open the backlight/contrast window.
- Press ENTER to view the timeout options, make a selection, then press ENTER.
- Press DOWN to move the contrast slider, then press ENTER.
- Press UP or DOWN to adjust the contrast, then press QUIT to close.
