RV BBT series, warm to touch.

Your RV BBT series display has a screen that is equipped with high brightness in order to be visible in sunny conditions. In certain situations, the display may become hot to the touch. This behavior is normal. The RV-BBT601 display's acceptable operating temperature range is from -20° to 70°C (from -4° to 160°F).  The display also contains a battery and the battery will charge from 0° to 40°C (from 32° to 104°F). It has Thermal protection built in, and will shut down in extreme heat scenarios. If your RV is in an environment  where direct sunlight or location can cause excessive temperatures, battery charging is stopped, and overcharging is not possible. This is designed to protect the device from damage.
