How To Change the Start Time for Activities in Garmin Connect

If an activity is displaying the incorrect time you can correct this issue in your Garmin Connect™ account via the steps below. Select the platform you are using:


Garmin Connect App

  1. Open the Garmin Connect app.

  2. Select More (bottom right). 

  3. Select Activities.

  4. Select All Activities.

  5. Select the activity you want to edit.

  6. Select Three dots menu icon (upper right corner).

  7. Select Edit Activity.

  8. Select Time of Day.

  9. Edit time and select OK.

The activity should now show the correct time for your activity.


Garmin Connect Web

  1. From a web browser sign into your Garmin Connect account.

  2. Select Activities from the navigation bar on the left.

  3. Select All Activities.

  4. Select the activity to change.

  5. Selectgear icon (upper right corner).

  6. Select Edit.

  7. Select Time to edit start time if desired or click Time Zone to edit if desired.

  8. Select Save.

The activity should now show the correct time for your activity.
