Why Can't I Save My Activity in the Tacx Desktop App?

The Tacx Desktop app offers a demo mode allowing you to view different features prior to pairing a trainer. When the app is in demo mode you are not able to save workouts. If you are not able to save a workout, ensure that the demo mode is disabled by doing the following:
Open the Tacx Desktop app.
Click Device Manager.
Click Disconnect beneath DEMO.
Pair your trainer.
Once the Tacx Desktop app is no longer in demo mode and your trainer is fully paired, you will be able to save your completed workouts. See Related content for more information on pairing your Tacx Trainer with the Tacx Desktop app.
