In an effort to improve to your experience when contacting Garmin Aviation Support we have implemented a callback feature in our phone queue. When our hold times reach a pre-determined limit the callback feature automatically begins providing callers with the option to receive a callback instead of waiting on hold,

If you are offered this option and choose to use it, your place in line will be held and one of our representatives will reach back out to you via phone at the earliest possible time.
