Missing Data From the Home Page in the Garmin Connect App

There could be a few reasons why the Home page in your Garmin Connect™ app is not displaying all of your data. Check the following areas that can resolve most issues with data missing from the Home page view of Garmin Connect:

  • Ensure your watch is properly syncing and you have recorded data for that particular metric that day. If you are having trouble syncing, refer to Garmin Connect App Bluetooth® Troubleshooting.

  • Check to see that all the cards you want to see are enabled to display: Editing the Home View in the Garmin Connect App.

    • The Home page will not display information at-a-glance if there is no data for that metric from that day or if you do not have a compatible device. For example, if you have not recorded any steps the steps glance will not appear. Also, if your Training Status currently shows "No Status" then the Training Status card will not appear either.
