Garmin Chartplotter with 12-Pin Sonar Port Compatibility with Triducers

Garmin chartplotters with 12-Pin sonar ports cannot support a water speed sensor. All pins are dedicated to depth and temp functionality. If water speed is desired, consider an NMEA 2000 water speed sensor. If there is an existing Triducer in a vessel a 12-pin wire block will allow the user to use the transducer but it will not provide water speed information.
