(2022) Service Bulletin 22020 Rev A: G500/G600 TXi GDU™ Software Version 3.40, Expansion of EIS Features and Data, Pilatus PC-12 EIS support, and other miscellaneous additions

PRODUCTS AFFECTED:

G500/G600 TXi PFD/MFD/EIS display systems installed using Approved Model List (AML) Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) SA02571SE are affected.

PURPOSE:

This STC Service Bulletin 22020 provides notification of an update to the AML STC SA02571SE Revision 18.
MDL revision 18 includes the following changes:

• Replacement of the Logic S.p.A EIS display in Pilatus PC-12 aircraft

NOTE
Includes support for PC-12 aircraft upgraded to a PT6A-67P engine under Finnoff Aviation Products STC SA02266LA.

• Expanded single engine turbine EIS interfaces
• Expanded piston EIS interfaces
• Approved GDU software version 3.40
• Installation Manual Addendums for the PA-46-500TP and the PC-12 that include model specific installation data

NOTE
Piper PA-46-500TP aircraft are no longer held at a prior STC revision and are eligible for GDU software version 3.40.

G500/G600 TXi software version 3.40 includes the following changes:

• Expansion of EIS Features and Data
• Interface to Automatic Ignition Systems (Pilatus PC-12 specific improvements)
• Interface to Automatic Starting Systems (Pilatus PC-12 specific improvements)
• Interface to Master Caution/Warning Systems (Pilatus PC-12 specific improvements)
• Improvements to the Fuel Imbalance Monitor (Pilatus PC-12 specific improvements)
• Turbine Engine Full Cycle Tracking
• Updated GEA™ 71B Enhanced propeller RPM sensor configuration to support Piper PA-46-500TP aircraft
