How to Share or Export a Course From Garmin Connect
The following FAQ will provide you with instructions on sharing or exporting a public course that you have saved/created to your Garmin Connect™ account. Sharing will generate a link that can be provided to other users where they can click on and either duplicate the course for their account or they will have an option to download the course to their compatible Garmin device. Choose your option below to reveal instructions.
Select Share. (If the share option is not available, you will likely need to change the privacy setting of the course.)
Garmin Connect Web
From a web browser, sign into your Garmin Connect account.
Select Training & Planning.
Select Courses.
Select the course you want to share.
If the course shows "Private", select Make Public.
Select Share.
Exporting a Course
When exporting a course from Garmin Connect, you will need to consult with the service you intend to import the file to determine the format the export needs to be in.
From a web browser, sign into your Garmin Connect account.
Select Training & Planning.
Select Courses.
Select the course you want to share.
Select the three horizontal dots to the right of "Send to Device".
