Managing My Garmin Subscription Service
The Subscription Portal will allow you to manage most Garmin subscriptions. Select a topic below for subscription management instructions.
NOTE: If you do not see your subscription(s), verify that you have logged in with the correct email address. For Bounce™, inReach®, and Outdoor Maps+ subscriptions, see Related.
Select Manage on the subscription you want to change.
Select Cancel Plan under the plan you wish to cancel.
Canceling a contract plan early may result in cancelation charges. See the Terms and Conditions within the Subscription Portal for more information.
Canceling a Vault storage plan will have these effects:
If you have a single Vault plan, you will continue to have access to plan features and functionality until the end of the plan term.
If you have multiple Vault plans and are canceling extra(s) so that you have a single plan remaining to cover all of your compatible dash cameras, Vault videos from the canceled plans will be available under the single plan remaining.
Check the box confirming that canceling will turn off subscription-related features and functions.
Select Cancel Service.
You have now canceled the subscription.
Transferring a Subscription to a New/Replacement Device
NOTE: To fully complete the service transfer, the new or replacement device will need to be paired with the Garmin Connect™ app for fitness watches or Garmin Express™ software for automotive devices. For Garmin Dash Cam enabled devices, the device will need to be paired with the Garmin Drive™ app, or dēzl™ app depending on the device's app compatibility.
Select Change Device on the subscription you want to change.
Select the replacement device.
If you have not already added the new/replacement device to your account, you will need to register it in the Subscription Portal by following the instructions above.
Select Confirm.
The subscription has now been transferred to your new/replacement device.
