How to Get Weekly or Monthly Wellness Fitness Reports via Email

You can receive email notifications from your Garmin Connect™ account that provide weekly and monthly Wellness and Fitness Reports, among other email options. If you would like to enable this option select one of the options below and follow the steps:

NOTE: The only activity types that will be in the Fitness Reports are: Walking, Running, Cycling, Swimming, Strength, and Cardio. The report will run Monday to Sunday, even if you have your First Day of the Week setting set to Saturday or Sunday.


Instructions for the Garmin Connect App

  1. Open the Garmin Connect app.

  2. Select More (bottom right).

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Select Notifications.

  5. Select Email Notifications.

  6. Make sure Allow Email Notification is enabled (Blue).

  7. Underneath Wellness Reports enable Weekly or Monthly.

  8. Customize any other notifications you wish to receive related to your Garmin Connect account such as Fitness Reports.

Instructions for Garmin Connect Web

  1. From a web browser, sign into your Garmin Connect account.

  2. Select your Profile Icon in the upper right corner.

  3. Select Account Settings.

  4. Select Messages.

  5. Toggle 'Receive Connect Emails' to On.

  6. Customize any other notifications you wish to receive related to your Garmin Connect account such as Fitness Reports.
