Screen Orientation on a vivosmart Series or vivosport Device
You can customize the screen orientation on your device by accessing the device settings in your Garmin Connect™ account online or in the app.
NOTE: You cannot change the orientation of your display on a vívosmart® 4 watch or vívosmart® 5 watch.
Access Device Settings Through the Garmin Connect App
Open the Garmin Connect App.
Access the menu by selecting More (bottom right).
Select Garmin Devices.
Select the name of your device.
Select Device Settings.
Select Wrist Orientation or Orientation & Watch Face.
Select your preferred orientation.
Sync your device to send over the changes.
Access Device Settings Through Garmin Connect Web
Sign into Garmin Connect from your personal computer.
Select
(top right).
Locate your device.
Select Device Settings.
Scroll down to make changes to your Device Settings.
Select Save at the bottom of the page.
Sync your device.
NOTE: Notifications are always displayed in landscape orientation on the vivosmart and vivosmart HR.
