Entering Your Product in Support Center
When entering your product in Support Center, you will need to enter the model of the product or the serial number.
We see you entered "watch" to identify your product. While Garmin has a number of products that are watches, we need to know the specific device to best help you.
Try entering the full product name which includes the product series name and number (if applicable) such as Fēnix 5 or vivosmart 3. Start typing the model name and then select it from the drop down list that populates.
You can also enter the serial number which is a combination of 8 to 9 letters or numbers, without spaces or dashes externally printed on the device.
Go to Support Center Home to try your entry again.
