Correcting Low Volume on a dēzl™ GPS Navigator

If you are having trouble hearing the sound coming from your device, ensure that the volume is set to an audible level. The overall volume can be adjusted by using the volume buttons on the back of the unit. Additional volume controls can be found in the device's settings.

To Check the Volume Level:

1. Open the device's Settings or the gear icon

2. In the Device section, touch Sound & notification

3. Confirm the desired volume for any that apply:

   • Navigation

   • Media

   • In-Call

   • Alarm

   • Notification

The volume should now be set to the desired level.

The View Map screen also has a Volume map tool. See your device's owner's manual for more info on enabling map tools.

To Adjust the Volume on the View Map screen:

1. Touch the wrench or menu icon  

2. Touch Volume

3. Adjust the slider to the desired level

The volume should now be set to the desired level.
