"Insufficient power" Notification Received when Charging via the microUSB Port on the fleet Device

When charging the device via the miniUSB port on the mount, an "insufficient power" notification may be displayed.  There are three types of USB cables that can be plugged into the mini USB port on the mount. 

When connected to a computer via USB cable, your device may present a message stating "Insufficient power: The attached cable cannot currently charge your device." This behavior is normal: it indicates that while the device is receiving power from the computer, it is not enough to both charge and run the device.

The device will continue to operate off of external power from your computer in this situation, but the battery charge level will not increase. If this is the case, the device may display a red battery icon, which is normal.
