(2006) Service Advisory 0617 Rev A: Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR)

PURPOSE

Garmin would like to remind pilots flying with GDL 69/69A equipped aircraft that TFR’s are advisory in nature only and are not a replacement for a thorough preflight briefing on TFR times and locations.

DISPOSITION

Always confirm TFR data through official sources and contact your local Flight Service Station for interpretation of TFR data.

APPROVAL

Information contained in the advisory does not affect the airworthiness of the GDL 69/69A.
