Locating A Lost Garmin Device Using Garmin Connect
Garmin® does not have a way to track, access, or disable a device remotely. If you have lost your Garmin device, there are a couple of things that you can check to help in locating your device.
Devices that have been paired to a smartphone through the Garmin Connect™ app will display information on when it last synced in the web version of Garmin Connect™ account. If it has synced with your account recently, that means it was within Bluetooth® range of your smartphone and still powered on.
From a web browser, sign into your Garmin Connect account.
Select Home from the navigation bar on the left.
The Home section will display the date and time the device last synced with your Garmin Connect account in the top right corner.
Use the Garmin Connect App to Help Find Your Device
If you have previously connected your device to your smartphone or tablet through the Garmin Connect app and the Garmin device is within Bluetooth range of your mobile device, the Find My Device (also known as Find My Watch or Find My Edge) feature may be able to locate it. Refer to the Connected Features section in your owner's manual to see if your device is compatible with this feature.
