Locating A Lost Garmin Device Using Garmin Connect

Garmin® does not have a way to track, access, or disable a device remotely. If you have lost your Garmin device, there are a couple of things that you can check to help in locating your device.

NOTE: If your inquiry is for an inReach® handheld device, see  Locating My Lost or Stolen inReach Device

Check Garmin Connect Account

  1. Devices that have been paired to a smartphone through the Garmin Connect™ app will display information on when it last synced in the web version of Garmin Connect™ account. If it has synced with your account recently, that means it was within Bluetooth® range of your smartphone and still powered on.

  2. From a web browser, sign into your Garmin Connect account.

  3. Select Home from the navigation bar on the left.

The Home section will display the date and time the device last synced with your Garmin Connect account in the top right corner.
