Why am I Getting an Error Code when I Attempt to Register for Connext Services?
An Error 8 is an access code/System ID failure.
It is Generated when Either:
The access code is incorrectly entered (from the confirmation email) into the GSR 56 control unit.
The System ID (from the GSR 56 control unit) does not match the System ID on the user’s account.
First, verify the access code from the confirmation email and reenter the code into the display unit.
If the Error 8 continues to be an issue, verify the System ID from the GSR 56 control unit and call Connext support at 1-913-440-1135.
