Can I Make or Take Phone Calls on My Garmin Watch?
Yes, many Garmin® watches allow you to interact with phone calls, but the features available depend on your watch model. The key factors are whether your watch has a built-in speaker and microphone or an active LTE subscription.

Watches Without a Speaker and Microphone
If your watch does not have a speaker or microphone, you can still manage incoming calls from your wrist.
View Notifications: When your paired smartphone receives a call, the watch will display the caller's name or number.
Accept or Decline Calls: You can select the accept or decline icon on the watch. This action controls the call on your smartphone. For example, accepting the call on the watch will answer it on your phone, and you will need to use your phone to talk.
No Outgoing Calls: You cannot place a call from a watch without a speaker and microphone.
Watches With a Speaker and Microphone
Garmin watches that include the voice assistance feature come with a built-in speaker and microphone that allows you to make and take calls directly on the watch while connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth® and the Garmin Connect™ app. For more information about this feature see: Setting Up Voice Assistant on Your Garmin Watch
When you answer an incoming call on the watch, the call audio will automatically be routed through the watch's speaker and microphone. If you are using a third-party app (like WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.), you may need to manually transfer the call audio to your watch from your phone's call screen. This process will vary by phone manufacturer.

Incoming Calls
On watches with a speaker and mic, answering takes the call on the watch. Otherwise, these actions control the call on your paired phone.
Accept: Answers the incoming call.
Decline: Declines the incoming call.
Decline and Reply: Declines the call and sends a text message reply (Android only).
Controls During a Call
Some devices may require you to tap 
to view additional call controls.
- End Call: to end a call.
To Watch: Transfers the active call from your phone to your watch.
To Phone: Transfers the active call from your watch to your phone.
Mute Mic: Toggles the watch microphone on or off.
Add Call: Adds another person to the call.
Mute Speaker: Toggles the watch speaker on and off.- Keypad: Opens the number keypad.
