Issues with Bluetooth can often be resolved by ensuring that the device has the latest device and Bluetooth software, using the Garmin Express™ application. See How Do I Install Garmin Express™?.

Note: If the headset and device will not pair or if they keep disconnecting, the headset may not be compatible with the device. Currently, the headset should be compatible if it supports the hands-free profile and has a Bluetooth version of 1.1 or higher, although it cannot be guaranteed.
