My Venu Watch Does Not Vibrate

If your Venu watch does not vibrate when receiving notifications check to make sure that the setting is turned on.

To check the vibration setting:

  1. Press and hold the bottom button to access the watch Menu

  2. Swipe to the bottom of the screen and select gear icon for settings on watch 

  3. Swipe to the bottom and select System

  4. Swipe to and select Vibration

  5. Choose LowMedium, or High

  6. Press the bottom button three times to exit out of the watch Menu

My watch will still not vibrate.
