Index Smart Scale Displays Wi-Fi Not Setup in the Garmin Connect App

If the Garmin Connect™ app shows that the Wi-Fi for the Index™ Smart Scale series is not set up, follow the steps below.

  1. Open the Garmin Connect app.

  2. Select More (bottom right).

  3. Select Garmin Devices.

  4. Select Index Smart Scale or Index S2.

  5. Select Device Settings or General.

  6. Select Wi-Fi Networks to choose the Wi-Fi network you want your scale to connect to.

Once completed, the Index Smart Scale Series should be set up and ready to use.
