Turning Off Navigation Prompts on Automotive Devices
Navigation prompts are the verbal turn-by-turn directions the device provides when on a route. Some automotive devices will allow you to mute the navigation prompts only.
To Turn Off the Navigation Prompts on These Devices:
- Touch the Volume icon on the Where To? View Map screen
- Touch Mixer
- Touch the Navigation or Voice volume level
- Change the Navigation or Voice volume level to 0% or OFF
- Then touch Back to return to the Where To? View Map screen
This will turn off any voice prompts while navigating a route.
