D2 Mach 1 Display Not Turning On

Some Garmin watches feature an AMOLED display with customizable display features different than other Garmin watches. The display can be turned off in the Controls menu. Turning the display off can impact certain functions of the display, and you may not be able to adjust some display settings. 

Turning the Display On or Off

1. From any screen, hold LIGHT.
2. Select Display.
3. Press START/STOP.

What Settings Are Disabled With Display Off?

With Display turned Off, the option to adjust certain display settings in the menu may be limited. The Always On Display, Alerts, and Gesture features will all be disabled. However, you can still activate the display manually by pressing the LIGHT button, or by touching the display if Touch is enabled.
