Although it is possible to request a refund for ActiveCaptain in-app purchases, it's highly recommended to contact Garmin Product Support regarding any issues to see if we can correct them for you. Refund requests for ActiveCaptain in-app purchases have to be made through Apple or Google Play and cannot be processed by Garmin or any of our associates.
