How Many Sensors Can I Connect to My Edge Device?

Most Edge® cycling computers released after 2014 have the ability to save a large "pool" of fitness sensors. This allows you to manage all of your fitness sensors under one setting on the Edge rather than having to manage them under separate bike profiles like on older Edge models. For specific instructions on pairing sensors, refer to your owner's manual. Limitations on how many sensors can be connected will vary depending on what model of Edge you have:

• Up to 30 sensors can be paired in the sensor settings.

• Up to 12 sensors can be connected and used simultaneously (performance will be degraded if this limit is reached).

Other Edge Models

• Up to 20 sensors can be paired in the sensor settings.

• Up to 8 sensors can be connected and used simultaneously (performance will be degraded if this limit is reached).
