Instructions to Sync Deezer Content to a vivoactive Series Watch

NOTE: Your watch must be able to connect to a previously connected Wi-Fi network. You will also need your smartphone that is paired to your device through the Garmin Connect app.

1. Swipe the screen on the watch to the Music widget.

2. Press and hold the menu button (bottom right) to access the music menu.

3. Select Music Providers.

4. Select Deezer.

5. Return to the Music widget and select the music note icon.

6. Select Deezer to manage music.

7. The watch will attempt to connect to your Wi-Fi network.

8. Once connected, the watch will display a message to Open Garmin Connect on Phone. Select Next. 

9. Acknowledge the message on the phone which will take you to Deezer. Depending on whether you have an account, the login process will be as follows:

   • Existing Deezer users: Enter your login details and select Log In.

   • New to Deezer: Tap the Register here link and follow the steps to create your account. 

10. If prompted, enter credit card details to complete the process. Proceed to Step 2.

1. From your Deezer account, create playlists. Saved playlists will display as optional music to sync on your device. For more information see Deezer Support.

2. From the watch swipe to the Music widget.

3. Select the music icon.
   

4. Select Deezer.

5. Select My Playlists.

6. Choose playlists you want to sync to your watch.

7. Exit by swiping back until you see the message "Ready to sync?". Select Yes to begin syncing music.

The amount of time required to sync music will depend on the number of songs being syncing, the speed of the internet the device is connected to and the quality of the Wi-Fi signal.  Syncing music will require a lot of battery power so we recommend plugging the watch into a charger near the Wi-Fi router for the best results.
