Why nuLink! Services will not Work when the Device Battery is Low

When the battery in a nuLink! compatible device drains to about 10%, the nuLink! connected services will automatically disable. This is done in an effort to conserve battery power on the device. In order to activate the services, either connect the device to an external power source or charge the battery. Once the device is connected to an external power source or the battery exceeds 10%, the nuLink! services will automatically enable.

As of March 4th, 2015, nuLink! connected services are not available on any U.S. Garmin devices.
